Once we receive your deposit, we begin to craft your menu and prepare anything else that you have request. We will plan the service, arrange staffs, shop and prepare ingredient, design and print personalised menu for your event.

Q1: How do I approve the quote & make payment?
Answer: A 30% deposit secures your date — menus can be finalised later. We recommend paying the deposit quickly before your date is taken. Flexible payment plans are available for larger bookings.
Q2: What is the cost of hiring Pommes x Butlers for an event?
Answer: Pricing is custom for each event.
Example (20 guests, 3-course plated birthday):
Menu: £70 per person → £1,400
Tableware rental (optional): £10 per person → £200
Waiting staff: £200 (1 staff required)
Wine supply (optional): £45 per person → £900
Travel fee: 45 minutes free, then £50 per extra 15 minutes
Booking platform fee: 10%
👉 Estimated total: £2,700–£2,900, depending on travel and extras.
Q3: Do you travel outside your service area?
Answer: Yes — our chefs are happy to travel across the UK.
Extra charges may apply to cover flights, accommodation, or extended travel time.
