We provide private chef services, event catering, and tableware rental.
Our primary service area is within 30 miles of Tewksbury. Services may be provided nationwide, subject to availability and additional fees.
Services are available to both individual and business clients.
Bookings may be initiated via our website booking form, email, phone, or chat platform.
A deposit of 30% of the total quote is required to secure a booking, unless otherwise agreed or part of a seasonal offer.
Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed for large-scale events.
We accept payment by GoCardless Direct Debit, bank transfer, or card payment via Stripe (2% fee applies to card payments).
For bookings made well in advance, we may offer multi-payment plans (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 instalments).
Client Cancellations:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus platform fees, transaction fees, and any costs for staff already pre-booked.
Within 14 days of the event: No refund will be given. Instead, we will offer an alternative date (if available). If the alternative date is later cancelled by the client, no refund will be provided.
Our Cancellations:
In the unlikely event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, including deposits.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client must provide:
A functioning kitchen suitable for food preparation.
Tableware appropriate for the event (unless rented from us).
Adequate access to the venue for staff and equipment.
We do not impose a fixed restriction on the number of guests.
A minimum charge applies to bookings, which may vary throughout the year depending on demand and seasonal factors. Clients will be informed of the applicable minimum charge at the time of booking.
The maximum number of guests we can accommodate will depend on our agreement with the client, as well as practical limitations such as venue capacity, facilities, and staffing availability.
We hold Public Liability Insurance, which covers damage or injury caused by our negligence while providing services.
We are not liable for:
Any issues arising from the client’s failure to provide accurate information (e.g., undisclosed allergies, dietary requirements, or venue limitations).
Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure events, accidents, adverse weather, supplier failure, or venue restrictions.
Loss of or damage to property belonging to the client or their guests, unless caused by our negligence.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their venue has adequate facilities, permissions, and insurances in place to host the event.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All content on our website (including text, images, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of Pixel Partners Limited T/a Pommes and Butlers, unless otherwise stated.
You may view, download, and print website content for personal, non-commercial use only.
